When we first checked in, they told us that their washer broke, but they were bringing us towels shortly. Ok, things happen. Our first room had unmade beds, so they gave us another one. That room had beds made, but overall the room was dirty. I realized after our first night, there was snot by the tv on the wall. We never got towels when we got back into our room around 5 pm. We called and asked for some. We finally got 2 towels for 3 people! The front desk person said that’s all that they had! Breakfast was chaotic. It opens at 7 am, but it’s not ready at 7. They are still setting up breakfast if they turn on all of the items.

Our room was dirty. The floor was layered with dirt and grime and there were spots on the pillows and old food in the fridge

Very friendly staff. Made me feel welcome and cared about the experience. Breakfast was good but did not have all that was usually offered. Sunday and Monday there was no butter. No waffles were offered any day.

The bathroom in 111 needs some repairs. The water in the shower will not turn off completely and the diverter is loose and the handle is not on straight. The toilet seem to have a leak around the bottom. We had to ask for toilet paper since there was only a quarter or so of a roll.

We liked that the suite had 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms! The breakfast was great as well!

Our room AC seemed like it wasn’t working properly. It didn’t get as cool as it should’ve. Also the pool is small and can get crowded easily.
