The room was COLD, just how we like it! Everyone was friendly, again we liked that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As well as fridge and microwave. Everyone was friendly. 2 bedroom king suite does have bedroom doors with BOTH rooms.

The towel bar in one of the bathroom was broke, that same bathroom the shampoo bottle was empty. Pool is small so overcrowding can easily happen.

The hotel and staff were very nice and our room was right next to the pool.

We didn't get THE rooms that I reserved through booking because they could not see the room type on the email so 2 adults and 8 kids had to sleep in 1 room with 2 beds and share 1 bathroom when with little to no towels when I booked for the king suite with 1king bed and 2queen beds Sunday morning no one offered room service I cleaned the room myself the guest above us on the first night wich was Saturday week extremely loud from 10pm until 4am the bk at 6am oh on Sunday the clean up guys were loud and traveled passed or room ALOT One of the ladies did offer me a discount due to the inconvenience of the room don't know if she did because the money has not went back to the card after check out and there is a 75 security deposit that they don't tell u on the website

Everything was great! Room was nice and clean with lots of room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I hate when you go in a hotel and the reception area is nice, but when you get off the elevator, it looks like crap. as soon as you turn the corner the weed smoke hits you in the face. The hotel is disgusting and not well kept. I will never stay there again.

Some touch up work needs to be done. Small repairs to make it feel higher quality. There were spots on the wall that were spackled and not painted, and just small wear and tear damages that need to be touched up

This was the 2nd stay in this hotel in a week. We stayed overnight driving through as part of a week vacation and again for one night on the way home. The first stay was great. We had the same expectation, especially for nearly $240 for a short night stay arriving at 6:30pm and leaving by 9:30 am. We were disappointed to say the least. Immediately upon arrival, the room smelled musty. The bedroom had carpet tiles that were rolled up and a tripping hazard, there was approximately 1/4 roll of toilet tissue and no spare roll, 2 towel sets, the bathroom door wouldn't close, mold on the bathroom wall, toilet wobbled and banged against the wall and the shower/tub dripped all night. The guest services did respond with additional towels and toilet tissue. I guess we just expected more for the price and a recent stay that was much better.

Breakfast was good. Location is also good.

Dirty sofa and cheap furniture, plus sticky floors by refrigerator and in bathroom. Not at all worth the price.
