Completely worn out hotel….. Desperately needs Complete update. Valet parking was a Nightmare! Room carpet and furniture were dirty looking and worn out. Bathroom floor was slick.. light bulbs burned out. No busboy …

The staff was as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. The first issue we had was parking. The hotel only does valet parking which is $30 per day. You have two other options which include parking on the street and pay the meter, or a pay by day parking lot. When we got into our room I was floored by the condition of the room. The shower had rust all around the bottom, the sink faucets were on backwards, and when flushing the toilet the first time, the water that refilled it was brown. Rust water!! It finally turned clear after about 7-8 flushes. The window seal had chipped paint all in it with areas of missing paint in other spots. The sheets on the king bed were for a queen or smaller. All we knew is they didn’t fit. The hotel walls had stains on them as well. Yes this is an older hotel but the fact that Hampton hasn’t updated this property is sad. I can’t help but wonder if it’s because of the location. Whatever the reason, the photos that you see on the website is NOT what you pay for. I can honestly say that for almost 500 for two nights, this was robbery in a sense. We are reward members just fyi but reward member or not this property needs some major renovations!! Do better Hampton Inn property owner!!!

Were there 3 nights and had no housekeeping services the entire time. Toilet ran all the time

Close to the destination I had to be for work.

There was hair in the shower. The shower would not drain so you were in ankle deep water every shower. Toilet flushed but had some type of brown water coming out when it was refilling the bowl with water.

Breakfast was good. it is a dated hotel and can use a little TLC. We were only there for one night and served our purpose. Street parking or Valet for $30 a night. The staff were friendly. The hotel is right beside the Ally and convenient to resturants and the River Walk area

the carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed, and there is loose paint and dust on the seal. As mentioned, it is a dated hotel. One night worked of us!

The bed was good. Room had an unusually loud AC (in a rhythmic whining sort of way), worn out finishes, broken shower curtain bar (drooped to the point the curtain wouldn’t close), dirt and dust throughout, bathroom door that wouldn’t open (small toilet got in way). Stay at the Embassy Suites if looking for a Hilton option. The Embassy was cheaper and nicer, so I moved there for the remainder of my trip (July 2025).

Staff members were professional and courageous.

Nothing. It smelled of a old building. Draperies we torn. Windows had peeling paint and they could have asbestos in the paint it was old. Water fixtures in the restrooms were unpolished and looked unclean. Hallway carpets had some kind of white specks. We were able to move twice but the second room was much worse than the first one. So we went back to the first room. The hotel was booked for the holiday. I have pictures how can I send them to you?

This property does not represent Hilton standards. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years and this property does not come close to meeting their standards. It really needs to be closed and brought up to standards.

Amenities could have been better and accessible. Ice machine unavailable no ice (out of order) Iron board cover very dinghy and iron leaked water leaving stains on clothes Glass door was held closed by lamp on night stand. It appear there wasn't any hot water during stay as the water only ran cold and shower floor dinghy as well.
