Very pretty hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

No air conditioning, I stayed in the heatwave. I was surprised there were no areas to cool down the bar was particularly uncomfortable. I ordered room service and found the additional charge was excessive.

Small things...no drinking water in rooms...no sign in bathroom directing you to extra towels stored in wardrobe... No air conditioning...

Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice bathroom en suite Staff were very helpful and friendly and especially with my disabled husband. They helped prepare a breakfast tray for him to have in our room. Meals were good and staff went the extra mile to serve exactly what we asked for.

The bedrooms are in a modern extension of the house just 2 stories with various long corridors all clean and nice but all the same colour and carpets which was a bit confusing finding the way around ! Maybe just us because room numbers were displayed at the end of the corridors. For a disabled person there a a few steps to cope with and a bit of a walk from rooms to the restaurant Having said that I must praise all the staff for their helpfulness and there’s disabled parking outside the restaurant as well as the main car park

Poor breakfast, lots of empty plates at the buffet no replenished. Room was small & bed too small.
