في ريحانة رويال انت في رحلة استجماع مليئة بالمتعة والإثارة فعاليات على مدار اليوم للكبار والصغار نظافة وخدمة واحترافية بالعمل كل طلابتك اوامر كنت أظن انني وعائلتي الوحيدين بالفندق ولم اعلم انهم متجاوبين مع جميع الضيوف ومتفانين في عملهم وكانّها هواية لموظفي هذا الفندق المميز حجزي كان اقامة شاملة يعني مشروع تسمين المطاعم متنوعة والمشروبات بكل زاوية والخدمة 7 نجوم اشكر الجميع وأخص بالذكر الاستاذ/ محمد الحلواني مدير الأغذية والمشروبات قائد لفريق وجندي بالصف الاول تراه صباحاً ومساءً كان الله في عون عائلته فهو موجود معنا أكثر من تواجده ببيته شكيت للحظة انه سوف يضحي بي على العيد من فرط ما قدم لنا من طعام وشراب متنوع ولذيذ

Very good room with good view, the food is decent, lots of choices including local dishes. The grilled one is excellent.

booked for me a room and my family came with another company a.c wasn't work on my wife and kids room so she went to reception and reception was very rude Ahmed with glasses he told my wife that he is the manager he took 50$ to change her to bigger room

staff of reception thieves Ahmed with glasses is a tricker he asked for additional money from my family to give them bigger room he took 50$ and moved them to family room after they went to room and find it's small I went to rehana three times this is last time everything was good food I like it and animation and location and this review would be 5 stars if first was good to us but reception staff very rude and we will never back

We liked the location and the very large rooms and the fact that we had the spare rooms close to the beach

We didn't like the fact that all the drinks were warm, including the beer, they didn't have sparkling water, when I asked the manager looked at me surprised and said clearly that there was no sparkling water. The bartenders didn't actually know how to make a cocktail, for example when I asked for a pina colada cocktail I was given a pink liquid and when I told him that this drink is not a pina colada he gave a phone call to call someone, does he know if cocktail, this time I received a green liquid, so I gave up cocktails Another problem was beer, at any bar you went to, at the pool, on the beach, at the hotel, you couldn't always find beer or wine anywhere, apart from the fact that they served them warm For example, my husband bought beer every day from outside the hotel, which he kept cold in the room in the refrigerator For example, my husband bought beer every day from outside the hotel, which he kept in the cold room in the refrigerator in case we had the VIP package

I recently stayed at Rehana Resort, and my experience was anything but pleasant. I feel compelled to share my disappointment and request a full refund. The bars were often out of drinks, with hardly any options available. Cleanliness was a major issue, with filthy dining halls and a shortage of clean dishes and glasses. The food was boring, repetitive, and often had a funky taste. Despite the all-inclusive promise, our mini-bar was never refilled. The loud, annoying music playing 24/7 made it impossible to relax. The so-called "entertainment" was a joke; the animation team was talentless, and some animators appeared to be under the influence, creating an unsafe environment. Service was non-existent, with rude and toxic waiters who treated us with disdain. The constant bargaining and scams among hotel services made us feel cheated at every turn. Adding to the stress, there was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. This vacation turned into a nightmare. I am incredibly disappointed and request a full refund for this disastrous experience. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Rehana Royal Beach Resort to think twice before booking. This place is not worth the money, time, or stress.

We really did enjoy our stay to the fullest. I did read some bad reviews before we came and got a bit worried but there was nothing I can confirm. Some people just wanna complain I guess. We had a fabulous time, especially our kids. The water slides, pools and waterpark for the very small children were super fun and made some memories for all of us. We will come back
