The food

Good cleaning, very close to the seaside, corals with a lot of fish

A lot of food during lunch and dinner but not very tasty and not too high variety

We had an awesome stay at Rehana resort, the hospitality was incredibly warm, the staff were so polite and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr Marawan for his welcome and very nice gesture of free upgrade of our rooms to the sea front at the same rate. The kids loved the aqua park facilities and we all loved everything from the clean facilities, generous buffet selections and amazing views and atmosphere. We are definitely coming back! 😊

Swimming pools are good.

Food on the first day was bad, and the meat was chewy. Some of the drinks were not cold, and the cups were too small. AC was not working properly, it took a long time to cool the room, seems to be a common issue since I saw another guest with the same complaint when I was checking in (either that or they gave us his room 😅). The bed was squeaky and made noises while we were sleeping. You will probably need to help move your luggage to your room (the staff member asked me to do so), I saw a family leaving the hotel carrying most of their luggage as well. I asked for water for the kids around 11:30 PM, after around 1 hour, we still didn't get the water so I called room service again, they replied with attitude and said that they sent the water and it should be there within 1 min, the water didn't come so I tried to call again and they simply stopped replying, at that point I didn't care anymore because the kids already gave up and went to sleep. The water did eventually come at 1:30 AM when we were already sleeping!!!!

Family-oriented hotel with cool facilities for the kids. There is complementary high-speed internet everywhere (even on the beach). They were very flexible at check-in and check-out. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming.. housekeeping are fast and responsive.
