* The restaurant staff are professional and super friendly, and the food quality is great * Night receptionist is a professional receptionist

* Room service is terrible, we needed to call reception to have them come and clean the room, and even when they stepped in to clean the room, they didn't change or clean the used cups! * The room facilities described in Booking.com has nothing to do with what they will offer you when you check-in, the receptionist had to call his manager, and we had to wait approx 20 minutes just to get approval that we get the room we reserved, as per the manager it was a mistake in Booking.com listing. Ironically this mistake is still here on booking.com up to this moment! * Need to use the jacuzzi in your room? Remember to schedule an appointment with the hotel plumper first and get ready for its leakage while you are using it

closer to the airport, staff. restaurant manager Mohamed was very nice and very friendly and very helpful, always willing to help and courteous - he shud definitely get a raise and a post promotion, he deserves it. swimming pool. entertainment team.

out of 3 aqua park rides, only one medium size ride was working. remaining 2 was not working. too much mosquitoes in the evening, can’t stay outside

Entertainment team was awesome and even more then that! We came with full family (2 + 3) for 4 days, and stayed for additional 4 days mostly only because the entertainment team! Our children just didn't want to leave so much the enjoyed of the team and not only them, but we are too. There were so much activity organized by the entertainment team and the activities were so diverse during all the day and over all the days, so we didn't even need to leave the hotel looking for some other activities outside, and it is really hard to believe that the team can have so much passion, impression and individual strength. We will definitely return to this hotel, hoping to meet the same entertainment team ;-)
