Everything was great. Big comfy room with big bathroom. The staff is polite and smiling.

Some of facilities need to be change (blankets,sunbeds) or need to be fixed(mirrow with backlight or shower panel). Perhaps in the end of theseason they make check up for all.

The sea view room is good

Kids aqua park was closed, they don't mention that before you come. The only kids aqua park open was filthy, it's pool was so dirty all the time. Lifeguards are inexperienced, they leave people to drown , they only say no to kids who want to go on bigger slides. Management is a joke, they never solve any issues & know nothing about customer service.

La comida súper variada y muy deliciosa el problema está que las bebidas son patéticamente malas y con el peor licor que puedes encontrar . Además casi nunca contaban con hielo en la barra y te servían el cóctel sin hielo , paso durante toda los días de mi estadía . Los empleados son muy serviciales pero también hay algunos que no saben dirigirse ni respetar a los huéspedes en mi condición de homosexual me faltaron varias veces el respeto , el animador del hotel súper aburrido y creo que deberían tomar en consideración la lengua inglesa y Espana lo ya que solamente todo lo traducían en ruso las instalaciones del hotel son confortables pero el uso de toalla para la playa y piscina son totalmente viejas y desteñidas deberían cambiarlas por nuevas. Además de que el wifi dl hotel solamente en la recepción no había wifi en la playa no wifi en la piscina y no wifi en el restaurante la cual es patetico definitivamente no volvería a este hotel
