Bon ho tel très grand très beau complexe beaucoup de piscines bonne nourriture pour moi il manque du chocolat pour le déjeuner surtout pour les enfants et du bon café mettre une machine à café ou plusieurs les chambres meubles à restaurer et à rafraîchir les salles de bain sinon rien de négatif

В целом отель неплохой. Из плюсов-номера, аквапарк, территория, персонал, пляж для детей .Из минусов- сложно плавать с пантона (течение/волны/глубина ), ужасная "столовая " (спасали закуски на фудкорте).

Ved ankomst skulle der diskuteres om vi havde booket all inklusive eller all inklusive light, værelset var så møg bedskidt det var sundhedsskadeligt efter 2 dage havde vi alle dårlig mave maden var elendig hygiejnen det samme musikken ved poolsene øredøvende højt og af meget dårlig kvalitet vi valgte at tjekke ud dag 3 og finde et andet hotel

We booked this hotel as a short mini-moon after our wedding. We were looking for somewhere close enough to get some guaranteed autumn sun but didn't have time to go long-haul. The weather was great but the hotel was really disappointing and not even close to the 4 star rating on trip advisor. The hotel is old and in need of updating. The food was terrible. The main restaurant buffet was abysmal, we were told because we were English we didn't eat in the same restaurant as the (mainly) Russian guests but when we got shown to the other restaurant the food was almost identical (just as bad) and there was no-one else in the restaurant. The more informal eating for lunchtime and snacks was fish and chips, pizza and other more 'western' food but it was really poor. The A la carte restaurants were slightly better but as part of the all inclusive you could only use each one once per stay. The drink options were really poor, beer, whiskey gin and vodka (local spirits) a lot of the mixers were out of bottles and flat most of the time. The nicer wines etc. needed to be purchased. We had a nice seafood meal at the Moonlight restaurant on the beach but again that had to be paid for on top of the all inclusive however it was so dark you couldn't really see what you were eating. The spa facilities were also very dated but the massage treatments were really good (additional cost). The pools were nice but again we were 'escorted' to our own area away from the rest of the guests - strange

Extremely well maintained and run resort. Plenty of pool side space to relax. Food courts had plenty of variety and were always kept clean. There was always a queue for the bar but it was never more than a 10 minute wait. Access to the sea was easy and the beach was well maintained with a nice promenade that led to a swimming platform..

The staff wasnt good, some were over friendly and some were very rude. The food was good, but could be much improved, more variety in desserts section. Also food should be labeled, its very important. The view and swimming pool was excellent. Rooms were comfortable but very little light in the bathrooms and not cleaned properly, also plumbing problems. Towels werent washed properly. Many fun and interesting extra activities, also night shows were very good. On the whole, it was fun and relaxing. Hoping to visit again and see some improvments. A good place to enjoy a couple of days of fun and sun!
