It was very clean.

Descent budget accommodation. This hotel is nothing fancy, but kept up well.

The staff was great I know for a fact I left items in my room, when I called to ask about it, they denied funding a zipped coin purse with $200. Cash. But the Amex magically appeared out of nowhere

Management was rude, kept my security deposit which was cash, they didn't tell me I was going to need a deposit when I booked the hotel,I left my room better than the way that I got it. He was pushing me off that he would credit it back to me on my credit card and that he wasn't understanding what I was saying and told me basically to leave.There was urine in the toilet when I got there.The office was just unhelpful and rude

My air did not work the entire weekend and it was super hot. I called to complain and all he suggested was to reset the plug which did absolutely nothing. There was also a horrible smell when we got in the room. I'm glad we had air freshener.

Hotel is in need of many updates! Furniture is very scratched up and stained. There was a very big stain on headboard of the bed in the room I stayed. Bathroom was in desperate need of new grouting/caulking around bathtub. There was also no coffee in room, even though there was a coffee maker. Had to call the front desk and then had to go get it myself. No staff offered to bring it to the room. I got to this hotel later than I usually check-in to places. I guess still due to covid precautions, I could not go inside to check-in. Had to check-in through window in drive through area of front of hotel...it was a very "cold" experience overall. Didn't do my homework and look at reviews, like I usually do before I book a hotel. Guess I got what I paid for. Thankfully, it was just a one night stay and I will remember it for the next time I am in that area to avoid it.

Could not check in at the lobby; had to check in through the night check in window.

Easy to find. Did not like standing outside at a window to check in on a chily windy afternoon. No coffee no breakfast in the morning

Iron leaked water and blow dryer did not work after checking the GFCI on the item and it saying ready still would not work. Burn marks on blankets
