The Arrabelle at Vail Square, a RockResort, by Vail Resorts

Stayed a couple of nights in July 2025. Staff were helpful and welcoming, including those involved in a meeting at the property of which I was a part. The catering at the meeting events was certainly better than typical hotel catering. Good location, right in Lionshead Village. Close to trails and walkable to a small number of restaurants and coffee places in Lionshead Village. Not too far of a walk over to the larger Vail Village, either. The actual hotel was less nice than expected, particularly given the cost. I was disappointed in the lack of daily housekeeping--at the room rates this place is charging, daily housekeeping should occur without question. The room's decor was...odd. It was Italianate, which wasn't really a good fit for the surroundings, and the room, while very large, was sparsely furnished and decorated, almost like the hotel ran out of money to actually buy furniture. The television was very small for the size of the room. The bathroom was large and in good working order. Overall, certainly not a terrible experience, but also less than expected given the cost. It seems the hotel would benefit from a renovation, freshening of its look, and more thoughtfully designed rooms.

The breakfast was excellent, and the service was awesome. The Arrabelle is beautiful, and the customer service was top notch.

The spa is great! Big rooms.

The gentlemen staffing the skate rental place on the night of 12/31 was one of the best customer staffers I have seen in a while. What a nice guy, super friendly and helpful. Great attitude, I was really impressed.
