"This is a great location, just run down, and room was dirty. Would not stay there again."

The location was great.

Run down, floor was dirty, we spilled some water and wiped it up off of the vinyl floor and the rag was black. The shower temperature was inconsistent.

The bear decor was adorable. It was clean, quiet, and secure. I’ve stayed in multiple hotels in Helen and this is the cleanest one. Recently updated on the inside.

No river view, but everything else was great. Being slightly away from everything though made it more peaceful and relaxing.

Hotel is just a 5 minute walk to downtown Helen. The free breakfast was very nice.

Parking is not free if not booked directly thru the hotel. There is a $5 per day Parking fee.
