It actually looked like the pictures everything was clean. It had an authentic hotel smell and awesome breakfast that my wife and daughter loved

Staff was very nice & helpful. Breakfast was good.!! Lots of choices. Lobby had coffee & cookies, hot water & hot chocolate mix & a selection of tea.

Would like a softer bed.

"Nice large rooms and amazing staff"

This is definitely one of the more high end locations to stay in Santa Rosa. Very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and well stocked breakfast. We had some noisy neighbors upstairs having a parkour competition at night and the staff was able to quiet them down nicely and quickly too.

The building itself has seen some wear and a definitely use some TLC. Boarded up door in the hall, floor divots, sagging wall paper etc.
