When at the Fourseasons I expect and always receive the best possible service. We have stayed at the Fourseasons STL many times recently I took my grandchildren for the weekend. They were in absolute heaven! As soon as we arrived to our room the pull out sofa was already made up. We had a knock at the door and the kids were met with plush white Fourseasons robes and kettle stuffed red Fourseasons cardinal birds. It has been a couple of months since our stay and the kids have asked numerous times to please go back to the Fourseasons! The staff was very helpful at the pool helping me with the many bags and pool toys they brought with them. Can’t thank this team enough for helping me create some amazing memories with my grandchildren!

My daughter and I stayed here for a quick getaway before school started. We had visited before Christmas but stayed at the Ritz. I was excited to try FS, since FS Orlando is one of my favorite properties. Overall, the hotel id beautifully maintained and service is was on par with the brand. I realize this is a city property, not a resort property like Orlando, but there is a lot of room for improvement with food and amenities. That surprised me. There is essentially only one restaurant on site (there are other places to eat, but the menu is all some version of the one at Ramsay’s steakhouse). I’ve never been to this level of hotel where they don’t have several, distinct restaurants and offerings. The steakhouse was mediocre. One, you have A LOT of people dining there who don’t appear to be staying there. There’s nothing wrong with that per se, but service suffers for it when every single table is celebrating a birthday, anniversary etc and all want to be treated as such. Also, there were several tables of diners dressed in attire that didn’t comply with any type of dress code (ie if you went to Capital Grille or Steak 48 dressed as such, I’d be surprised if you were seated). The food was not great, and the menu very limited. The filet was okay, the asparagus was overly cooked to stringy mush, my shrimp cocktail was chewy and lacked flavor. It makes Capital Grille seem like a Michelin Star restaurant in comparison, but the prices are comparable. We ate room service flatbreads the next night, which were better. I don’t mean to be too harsh, but that is my pet peeve - when a hotel restaurant (or bar or spa) try to stand on the shoulders of the brand without living up to it. People get excited because it’s a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, but it’s just not very good (and the menu isn’t very cohesive in my opinion). Room service breakfast was okay, but again, nothing like other Four Seasons. Service was definitely a highlight though, with lots of thoughtful touches for my daughter upon arrival etc. Overall, we’d stay again, but I wouldn’t eat on property except by the pool from their menu.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back. Great hotel staff and property.

Wonderful staff and incredible views. Valet manger Armon (sp) went over and beyond to help us with parking our truck. So grateful.

The hotel was great, with good food and an amazing heated pool. We brought our dog here after an unfortunate experience at PetSmart. They brought us water and a bed and even a food menu for the dog. We did not get turndown because “the dog was loose” even though we couldn’t take her anyway outside the hotel. The location is a bit iffy but only if you walk outside the gated community. Also, there were no signs to tell us where the parking was coming down from our room so we had to ask the front desk all the way at the bottom floor. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was great. Thanks for the great experience!

The room was absolutely stunning! The view was b-e-a-u-t-iful! The bed was like sleeping on a pillow, inside of a.cloud. The hotel was very accommodating to my service/therapy dog and brought.her a bed that was probably equally as comfortable for her. The shower was amazing with the 2 huge shower heads, as well as the lovely

This is a solid four seasons except for the horseshoe next door. Parking is gross. The freeway is too close
