The staff at the Four Seasons was amazing, especially in the pool area where Danielle and her staff went over and above to make the experience very special! The spa staff and front desk (Akrim?) were also very helpful and welcoming

Everything was amazing! The pool, the facilities, the food, the beds!

We had one blonde waitress in her maybe 50s/60s who was rude to the children in our group twice. She messed up our orders as well. Everyone was spectacular and nice to our children in the hotel but her. She told one of our toddlers not to splash, IN THE KID POOL. She walked over from the restaurant to say that and scared her. She wasn’t even splashing at anyone. The other time was at breakfast, our 3 year old was “washing” (pretend play) the stainless steel salt shaker and she rudely told her, “don’t do that. You’re going to rust it. Put it down.” It was overstepping her boundaries both times.

This hotel was absolutely amazing with breathtaking views of the Mississippi river end of the Gateway arch. All of the staff were so amazing in the way that they were helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant was amazing. Room service was always right on time and the beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, modern and clean with all of the amenities that you would ever need. We’ll definitely stay here again, this hotel is highly recommended
