"Filthiest hotel ever. Plastered over fire sprinklers in room."

Filthy. Cigarette butts on floors. Mold in rooms. Plastered over inside the room fire sprinklers. Showers do not drain. Floor molding ripped off. Door handles missing. Pet urine on hallway floors. Rude, rude, unprofessional employees.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed.

After traveling 7 hours, I had to use a restroom very much, only to be told they had not restrooms down stairs in the lobby. So as I had to stand there while completing my reservation, I wet myself. That is not acceptable. Very poor customer service. The employee at the counter,couldn't have cared less. The dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed.

The loud music at 130 am until all hours, doors slamming and breakfast was a joke. Coffee looked like motor oil. And pictures online are very deceiving.
