Staff was nice

The kitchen didn't have anything to cook with, no plates or cups. A lot of people partying and coming in and out of the rooms all night and morning.

Hotel is near a bunch of stores and restaurants. Its nice just to have a place to stay for a couple of days.

Hotel room was dirty, only had 2 pillows in the room and had to ask for more. Asked for cooking utensils and a frying pan, and the pan was dirty.

Had a fall. Let the front desk I was going to the hospital (by gurney. Via ambulance) and wasn’t able to check out. “Please just gather my stuff, when I get out, I will come by”. Instead, came back to my wheelchair, walker, suitcase, phone and wallet thrown out. Had only the clothes on my back! This place is evil and the manager obviously has no sympathy whatsoever!

The doors didn’t lock, the halls reeked of bad hygiene. Homeless walking around property. Smelled like bleach and scents but property poorly taken care of

the room was very run down. had to fix the toilet seat myself to be able to use it. every piece of furniture was old, broken and didn't work. if someone used the appliances, I think the place would burn down.
