It was a nice size room at a good price. But I think I got charged twice for it.

It wasn't very clean and the floor had soft spots. The towels weren't very soft. They gave you extra which was nice because they weren't very big. Whenever a door shut the room shook a little.

Staff was rude said they couldn’t find our reservation even after showing him our confirmation several times and waiting close to an hour after leaving and calling booking.com to complain was he able to find our reservation in there system we could come back to check in. No thank you!!!

The staff were great. When we asked that the room be cleaned it was completed quickly.

The bathroom had urine around the toilet and we found a dead bedbug. We checked the room and did not find more. Under the sheets, there were a lot of food crumbs.

Do not stay at this place on Chandler boulevard off the I-10 they will keep your deposit for any Lil thing. They had no cleaning service. Paid for my pet deposit second we move out they keep my deposit saying we knew you had a dog but we're taking your money anyway. This place is Trash. $550 a week plus deposit not worth it!!!!! All due to New Management I guess they needed the money.
