The Dunkin next door

Filthy, my AC didn’t work, my hot water didn’t work, my sink didn’t work, the bathroom had red stains all over the sink. Took me an hour to check because the room I first had the door fell on the ground, the smoke alarms went off ALL NIGHT LONG!

"Not a good place to stayed"

When we check in @ 4.30 pm there was a cleaning cart full with linens and other items in thr lobby. My room door was difficult to open. There were lots of mosquitoes in the hallway.

This was a terrible experience

I have a video of the manager getting into a verbal altercation with clients, repeatedly calling the woman “ghetto” and kicking them off the property. She also verbally assaulted a man who was putting trash in the trash can in the laundry room. The fire alarm in my room was stuck with the flashing light on, and the fire alarm light was stapled to the wall with a black trash bag to cover the bright flashing light. This is illegal. The fire alarm in the hallway on the third floor was beeping the entire time. The fire alarm went off at approximately 3:30 in the morning until after 4:00 in the morning with nobody there to help or explain what was going on. No fire trucks came.

"Bad idea Bad concept"

I didn't like the fact that you have to pay$100 for deposit, $40 for pot and plates $8.00 to use the kitchen. If you compare the other extended stay at w5 Merritt blvd. Just across the road.you dont pay for deposit,kitchen warehouse and to use the kitchen.i would recommend using the 25 Merritt blvd.hotel.the worse thing about these 2 hotel its own by the same people.make that make sense.below i attach a towel the i was giving to shower with.this is a dirty kitchen towel.

Nothing , because I get scammed!

I get book a full hotel, where I lost money and time. In the end I paid the money and got nothing in return, because I contacted the hotel, who sent me to another full hotel. I still had to pay a cancellation fee of 180 USD!
