The property was sold two months ago. I walked in and walked out, cancelled my stay as I think it’s a place for homeless people. It smells, dirty and disgusting. I am surprised booking.com still advertises it on your website.

Nothing had no clue what they were doing checked me into room with someone in room

Garbage every where they got rid of 1 dumpster to save money trash room piled to ceiling with garbage. No lone at front deck after 9pm no exterior garbage pales never clean grounds.

No staff at desk. No room available despite reservation with booking. Overbooked was the explanation . No refund. Contact third party ( booking .com in this case) desk closed at 10p. Apparently recent sale a rumor from another hotel that staff quit.

We didn’t even get to stay because their system wasn’t registering anyone’s reservations. The property was unsafe, while we were checking in another guest came in to report their car was broken in to right in front of the building and the staff couldn’t get security footage.
