Personnel: friendly, helpful, informative! Rooms were charming, comfortable, well-equipped. Great view! Can’t wait to come back!

Loved staying in historic buildings directly over water in the heart of town. Staff was very accommodating. Spent nights in both Star House and New York Hotel. Both outstanding. Can control temp of room. Easy hot water. Good price.

Be prepared to navigate stairs with your luggage! Also, sidewalk very busy with cruise ship tourists throughout day, but still worth the beautiful location.

My group - 5 adults - arrived before the normal check-in. We were met on time at the ferry by Brittany, who is wonderful, friendly, helpful, and it all got even better from there.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the Inn at Creek Street. The only question is the elevator, it seems a little precarious, but we were grateful for it!

What a wonderful stay in Ketchikan. We arrived early morning from a Nat Geo cruise and transferred to a hospitality room at another hotel. We made a call to Inn at the Creek and were picked up in a matter of minutes and taken to the main office. Our assigned room was not ready (early morning, we were just planning to leave our luggage) but another was available immediately and we happily accepted the change to a corner room with a harbor view. It was spacious with a kitchenette and huge bathroom. The only downside to a front facing room is the traffic noise but it quiets down in the evening and you are usually out and about during the daytime. Inn at the Creek has multiple properties and we were at the Bayside Hotel. Huge bonus was an elevator to help move our luggage. Location, location, location! Right in the middle of everything and the staff were so informative about bus schedules, restaurants and helping schedule your transfer to the ferry for the airport. We couldn't have asked for a better place in Ketchikan!

Great location on the creek just off Creek Street, balcony with view of Harbor. Walk to town and restaurants! Room was large and comfortable. The people who work here are the best.

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything, a 10 minute walk to anywhere in town. A bit annoying when the cruise ships let out and the dock is so flooded with people that you can’t get to your room but that’s to be expected. The rooms are great for what we needed (a girls’ week) - I especially liked the room in the same building as the check in desk, very cute, super comfortable bed and a heated bathroom floor.

The cot was in poor shape, our poor friend got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and it basically fell apart on her when she came back to bed. It didn’t look great when we checked in, but they said they didn’t have any to switch with. Everything else was great.
