Everything was amazing!

What a wonderful stay in Ketchikan. We arrived early morning from a Nat Geo cruise and transferred to a hospitality room at another hotel. We made a call to Inn at the Creek and were picked up in a matter of minutes and taken to the main office. Our assigned room was not ready (early morning, we were just planning to leave our luggage) but another was available immediately and we happily accepted the change to a corner room with a harbor view. It was spacious with a kitchenette and huge bathroom. The only downside to a front facing room is the traffic noise but it quiets down in the evening and you are usually out and about during the daytime. Inn at the Creek has multiple properties and we were at the Bayside Hotel. Huge bonus was an elevator to help move our luggage. Location, location, location! Right in the middle of everything and the staff were so informative about bus schedules, restaurants and helping schedule your transfer to the ferry for the airport. We couldn't have asked for a better place in Ketchikan!

Everything was wonderful!

I've stayed here twice; once in the main building (above the reception area) and once in one of the other buildings about a block away. The main building room was absolutely lovely - heated bathroom floor, comfy sofa, very comfortable bed with light blocking shades. Elevator. Loved it. The other building was older/not as recently renovated and had some steep stairs to get to it. It was absolutely fine for what we needed, just older. The only critiques I have of that stay is that a few of the windows did not have coverings so when the sun rose at 4:30am it got pretty bright very early. The other is that we used the rollaway bed - or tried to - but it basically self-destructed in the middle of the night, it had definitely seen better days. Everything else was great. Very clean hotel, water/tea/coffee/cocoa in the main lobby. Super friendly and helpful staff and the location can't be beat, I would definitely stay there again.

Great location on the creek just off Creek Street, balcony with view of Harbor. Walk to town and restaurants! Room was large and comfortable. The people who work here are the best.

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything, a 10 minute walk to anywhere in town. A bit annoying when the cruise ships let out and the dock is so flooded with people that you can’t get to your room but that’s to be expected. The rooms are great for what we needed (a girls’ week) - I especially liked the room in the same building as the check in desk, very cute, super comfortable bed and a heated bathroom floor.

The cot was in poor shape, our poor friend got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and it basically fell apart on her when she came back to bed. It didn’t look great when we checked in, but they said they didn’t have any to switch with. Everything else was great.

The New York building we stayed on was right on The Historic Creek and harbor letting us walk around town. Try the Bush Pilots Lounge and take a air tour if you can.

Location

The location was great.

I stayed in room 5 and there was never more than 3 minutes of hot water. The bed was hard, and I mean concrete, and it took 3 pillows to prop your head up. I came back from vacation feeling half crippled.

Super convenient location in downtown Ketchikan. There’s a van that will come get you from the airport and they made the stay so easy. Highly recommend

Steep Narrow Stairs to rooms is hard with luggage m. They have multiple locations some with elevators others not
