There wasn’t breakfast we were aware of and the location was great if you want to be in middle of town and all the shops if you like peace And quiet not so much

Surprises the location during cruise ships docking and the parking was difficult but manageable the staff were very helpful on parking issue

Close to activity. seeing local bear. View of ferns. Room 7 New York was mostly quiet. Provided an emergency ride I needed. Nice restaurant downstairs. Close to shops. Very nice cleaning staff. Ability to change temp in room.

Knobs on doors sticky. Need some work. No working TV. Building is very old which is both positive and negative. Loud guest on phone swearing a lot and yelling into the phone. I don't think it has AC. One night was too hot to sleep comfortably. Shower curtain was very, very long and so water pooled on the floor. Trying to prevent it from making the floor wet did not work. It just needs to be shortened and hemmed up.

Great location. Super cute place in general, charming. Walkable to everything in “downtown” Ketchikan and a short walk to the other populated area by the ferry terminal and airport. We really appreciated the free ride from the airport as well.

It was a little loud right on the only road in town.

It’s always so nice to be greeted by a friendly concierge when checking in, and Brittany was absolutely wonderful—so warm and helpful! She gave us great recommendations for local nature spots to explore. Our room was conveniently located and full of charm. Being in the New York Café section made it so easy to head downstairs for brunch or dinner. The food selection was great—definitely take a moment to read about the history of this iconic eatery!
