King's Pointe Waterpark Resort

Spent two nights while in town for work. Rooms are dated, but clean and spacious. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of close free parking. Off season for the resort activities and indoor waterpark under construction. No complaints and would definitely go back.

Overall great experience for money. Rooms were basic but filled what they were designed for. Proximity to water park and other rec activities were wonderful. Sure with winding down they will repair out of order slides by next year.

The water park had the option of inside and outside and large adult slides and kid areas and traditional swimming pool area. There were some slides that were closed but I can say that was really my only complaint and there was still plenty to do. As far as Waterparks go. I absolutely thought we got our moneys worth. There probably could be a few more lifeguards but it wasn’t horrible. Would definitely go back

This is a review for the outdoor waterpark only. I have been here a few times in the past, and have always been satisfied and had a good time. We still had a good time, but what was disappointing was the fact that they have five slides and only three of them were open. We paid full price to get in and only got half the slides. The chairs they have now seem cheap. There were four broken ones in the area that we sat in. Overall i was fine, but not at all like in the past.

Comfortable bed and good location. The walls are thin so you hear everything. Needs a little TLC on the interior. it is the best place in town so they can charge more especially in the summer. It was nice to walk around the lake and enjoy the views.

Place is awful not enough chairs, slides are always down and concession is understaffed - you will wait an hour for a piece of pizza. Most workers don't care and go as slow as possible. Do not recommend!!

We went here for our anniversary. This place is beautiful! Great rooms. Great staff. Family friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. Food was perfect. Not congested and full of tourists. Very relaxing. Hats off to the GM!

Really enjoyed ourselves. The girls at the front desk were a big help. They were able to upgrade us to a suite. Was a lovely room, plenty of room for the 4 of us. The water park was nice not too crowded. The life guards were very focused on their jobs. All in all I will be going back but will make sure the mini golf is opened.

This Indoor Waterpark and Hotel stay was exactly what we were looking for, for a night away with my daughter-in-law and 4 yr old granddaughter. The weather is to cold to find other things to do this winter, so I called this resort the night ahead and booked us a room for the next day. We live in Nebraska so took the 2 1/2 hour drive to a place we’ve never visited before or had lots of time to research. 1. The check in desk very friendly and we got our room an hour ahead than expected. 2. The room was as explained and very clean, enough room with 2 queen beds. Super comfortable. 3. The indoor Waterpark was perfect for my granddaughter, she enjoyed it all and we also had a blast playing in the pool and using the slides with her. The concessions staff very friendly, the pool was clean. We did find a table to set our stuff and eat a snack after some time as others were leaving, it does quiet down with guests around 5, lots of littles playing and lifeguards right there watching at all times. 4. The restaurant perfect, so clean, waitress super nice and no wait times on a Sat night at 6:45pm for dinner. Food Great (salmon was yummy) and the prices will amaze you!! strawberry Margherita the best I’ve had in sometime. 5. Breakfast buffet inexpensive and enough to pick from. Again, very clean environment snd friendly waitress. If your looking to get away and have fun with the kids, I encourage going
