Eight Acres Hotel

Breakfast was very good. No dogs allowed in the restaurant but we were accommodated in the bar area and table service was the same. A bowl of water was brought out for the dog, and a couple of treats.

Very disappointed I booked the room because of the pool & spa to be told on arrival that it was closed

Very run down hotel. Staff on front desk when checked in showed no interest in customers , in the evening there was a different member of staff who showed a genuine interest in us as customers. In a hotel customer service is very important . Hotel lacking any atmosphere.

WiFi is non existent, drops out all the time

A very enjoyable visit Jake made me feel very welcome * I got upgraded to an executive suite I loved it there breakfast very good the best egg benedict I've tasted

There was nothing I didn't like cc

Staff all good special mention for robin ( chirpy) Jake too got me more coffee tea 😂😂

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff esp general manager

Needs upgrading esp poor entrance. Dirty and cracked windows at entrance and wood needs varnished. Wouldn’t cost much but make a good initial impression
