rooms need upgrading

The leisure facilities were closed and they didn’t tell me. That was the whole purpose of my visit. I arrived at 530pm and left at 620pm. I’ve put in a complaint to booking.com via chat and have requested a refund please. This was done 2 days ago but I haven’t heard back from you. Please could you reply asap to my email prasima2@google.com. Very disappointed that this info wasn’t on your booking site either. This hotel was mis-sold.

A very friendly and helpful front desk staff, made my check in a lot easier. She took the order for dinner and as well, great service from her.

Excellent location and very friendly staff.

Rooms are a wee bit run down Public areas fresh and modern.

Spa was closed

Staff were excellent in the sense that they found me another room. Fact is that the place is dated, unfit for purpose and nothing like the images. Walls were so thin that I could hear every word of next doors conversation as if they were talking to me from the next room. It’s obviously been decorated but it’s the equivalent to putting lipstick on a pig. Never again
