The fact that I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool and when my guest and I went to use it, it was FREEZING cold. When I reported it to the front desk, the "manager" didn't seem concerned or apologetic at all and said she could turn the heat up but a pool as cold as that one was, wasn't going to get up to a comfortable temperature during my stay. Then come to find out, the heater was broken and the pool techs wouldn't be able to make it for a couple of days. And we would already be gone by then. No one was willing to offer us a discount at least or any kind of compensation for the pool being down. (An advertised amenity that should have been available and in working order.) I was highly disappointed and even more so when nothing was done about it.

The color scheme is beautiful, the rooms are exceptional. The vending area is convenient.

The pool had poor maintenance, there was dirt covering the pool ground and inside wasn’t that cleanly.
