For a new facility, it had a lot of cosmetic issues. Plus there was bo safety latch on the door

"Worst experience ever."

My husband and I spent 2 nights here, when we came up for the Bills/Chiefs game. The room charge was $470/night for a normal $75.00 room. Our room had no hair dryer, no wash cloths (when requested both, we were told they didn’t have any more), stained sheets, a very small tv that was impossible to figure out (missed the World Series game 7) and walls that were apparently made of cardboard. We heard everything above (I believe the room above us played bowling all night), and every door and conversation on our floor. There was a loud, scary, disturbing fight outside our door at 4:00 am, that woke the entire floor up, and lasted several minutes.

"The worst hotel I've book stayed in my all life"

Nothing AT ALL!!!!

The room carpet was covered in disgusting nail clippings! But that wasn't the worst part! The worst part was that the hotel had absolutely no water. I couldn't shower, wash my face, or even flush the toilet. They even refused my request for a bottle of water to clean my mouth!! The front desk even threatened to call the police if I asked for water again! I can't believe my ears. Below is a recording of my conversation with the front desk.

"Very disappointing stay"

The location was good for what we needed. The neighborhood felt safe. The breakfast was alright. A coffee shop was near by.

The staff at the reception was very rude and unprofessional. I did not feel valued as a guest at all. The pool was filthy and the water was freezing cold. Basic rooms, not enough towels. Bring your own toiletries if you don't want to use a bar soap in the shower.

The room was in bad shape, broken decor and furniture. The bed, 0/10, almost left in the middle of the night. Would stay somewhere else if I had to choose again.
