Hotel and room was extremely dirty and run down. Woman at front counter was rude and took an extreme amount of time to assist all customers. Line for assistance at all times. Would not recommend! Doors were broken, elevator sounded like it was going to break, floors were disgusting and entire facility looked like it was run down.

The hotel room keys wouldn’t work we tried five or more times when we first arrived. Took about an hour before we could even get into our room. after the buffalo bills game the lady at the front desk had to give everyone her key to get in the room otherwise she would’ve had to open each and every room for us. That was very inconvenient for our vacation also the breakfast time that it ends is super early most hotels go into 10 or 11 am. I paid over 500 for one night and was disappointed

The staff was courteous

Pool was dirty and nasty. Walls were paper thin and it wasnt in the best location. This location should have some kind of security.

"You have not found the one"

Couldn’t get into room because key didn’t work. Everyone key didn’t work and it was a Bills game. Imagine a bunch of people in bills gear waiting in the lobby. The room had a weird smell. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

After a 5 hour drive, we checked into our room only to see our bed had a big brown stain. Utterly disgusting! When I notified the front desk and she handed me another blanket like it was nothing… no apology.

"It was a nice facility I would recommend it to family and friends."

Pretty clean. Great communication from staff. Staff was very friendly.

Although it was great having breakfast provided sausage 2 days in a row was a little disappointing it would have been nice to have bacon one day. All in all it was good and clean.
