Jolie Ville Hotel & Spa Kings Island Luxor

Mixed feelings overall. Firstly, very good job to Lorna and Mohamed Abd El Rsoul, also the manager at the italian restaurant, great hospitality and people overall. They knew by passport that it would be my birthday, I was shocked in a good way when at the first breakfast Lorna directly wished me happy birthday and asked when would I like to have the cake and if at the room or at dinner. That thing really surprised me because not many hotels do this. Secondly, their booking.com listing was hacked and they would be in a very detailed investigation (they asked for money before arriving). They have wrong information on booking.com , they said breakfast is closing at 11:00 a.m and when we arrived at 10:30 a.m they said its closed. A beautiful location, but some people and internal things are suspicious.

I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this property if I ever visit Luxor again. Great view of the Nile, nice seating outside the room overlooking a well maintained garden. Great for family and business trips

From the moment we arrived, the service at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. The property itself was spacious and beautifully lush, offering a serene escape from the bustle of everyday life. The pools were stunning—perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Each morning, the breakfast buffet impressed us with its wide variety of tasty options catering to all dietary needs. And every evening, we eagerly anticipated the dinner buffet, which was the perfect companion to breathtaking sunsets over the Nile. Truly a great place to stay.

This is one of the best hotels in Luxor friendly staff and very well maintained, the property it’s very beautiful, my family and I have a great time there. I recommend it 100%

I can definitely recommend this place. It is a safe haven in what is otherwise a very hectic environment of Luxor town (east bank) where we were constantly swamped by taxi drivers and people trying to sell you something in the centre of town. We felt really safe in Jolie Ville because there is security at the entry gate. Once you drive in through the expansive gardens to Reception, you aren’t bothered at all. Rooms are spacious, the ones with Nile view are amazing to watch the sun setting. Great balcony. The winner is the peaceful, lush grounds full of beautiful flowers and trees. You have 3 pools and you’re right on the Nile bank. The view is therefore amazing. 4 restaurants, one with shisha area, the food was good, great gym, a great spa, we had excellent massages, hair and nail salon and daily activities plus. There’s stuff for kids and adults. I didn’t try it but heard they offer afternoon tea on a boat on the Nile. I would return. I was nervous about choosing this hotel based on some reviews (of being cut off and a bit out of the way from the attractions) but we had an excellent experience- nothing was far away and I cannot recommend this place enough. It was an amazing experience to stay at the hotel. Honestly is my favourite place in all Egypt. All personal is amazing, especially my favourite Silvana was my favourite very attentive to all details and favours.

We had a truly delightful dinner at Jolie Resort. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. A special thank you to Silvana, who made our evening even more memorable with her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience. Thank you, Silvana – we hope to see you again soon!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! A little oasis in the beautiful city of Luxor. The staff are so friendly here, we had the pleasure of meeting Silvana one evening who was very kind to us and helped us with anything we might need during our stay. Jolie Ville made Luxor our favourite place in Egypt.
