Bed was comfy! Room was clean and location was perfect

Staff wasn't overly welcoming or overly unwelcome. Just met to be there. The pool was so cold it wasn't useable.

"I would not recommend this property."

They allowed us to book the meeting space for the repast for the funeral and that banquet area was nice.

The property lobby smelled like marijuana. The room bathrooms were like a cabin on a ship. We came for a funeral and had notified the property that we were double booked by mistake and they agreed to refund us and we never received a refund. Terrible!

The parking lot was only empty on the third floor and there was no roof, so the snow piled up on the car. 19 dollars is expensive. Not different from the street....

Chill, nice staff. Excellent location. Hot chocolate and coffee was good and available in lobbies. Layout of room was great.

Pool was frigid. Didn’t clean our room. We took the trash out ourselves. Breakfast was barely edible and needs to be better. After one bite, our kids wouldn’t eat anything at breakfast

Really enjoyed our stay here. We are members so got for points. When I saw location thought we were far away from everything. Just the opposite. This area is filled with newer Hotels. Must have been the poor part of town which all got torn down in the 90's. Close to Whisky Row, The Stadium and walkable to the river. Very clean, nice shower, good beds and a all around comfortable room. Staff is fantastic. Young people, very helpful. Breakfast over the top...everything but sandwiches. Only negative, everyone must drive there and they charge $19/day to park. I think should be included in room rate.
