"Good location, but needs to offer guaranteed available parking for guests."

The staff was friendly & attentive. The location of the hotel put us in a good position to walk to a fair amount of activities that are available to do while staying in downtown Louisville.

The parking was $20 per night, and you're not guaranteed a spot as a guest of the hotel. The limited parking availability forced us to Uber to get where we wanted to go in the evenings to ensure we didn't have to pay to park in a different nearby garage.

We are a couple and chose to stay downton Last time we stayed at the Courtyard and it was great. This time my husband chose the Springhill. We are in a King room and there is only one night stand in the room. My husband has a cpap so he needs the nightstand. Who has a king room with only one nightstand? This room is not laid out very well. The bathroom is split in half with only a shower and not a tub and the toilet is in another cubby hole. Whoever designed these rooms did not know waht they were doing

Close to everything . Nice hotel but getting in and out isn’t easy . Front desk personnel were friendly. Felt safe because of your security guy outside .
