The leisure facilities at De Vere Cranage Estate can only be used by those over 16 years of age. Children can use the pool only at weekends, during set times. Please check with the hotel directly, using the contact details from your Booking Confirmation. Please note that the restaurant will be closed for New Year, in place a New Year Gala Dinner is available to book for GBP 75 per person. When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The credit/debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in. Pets are allowed on request to the property and only availble in certain rooms at a cost of £30 per dogPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Everything's was great.....nice grounds, excellent leisure facilities and good breakfast

Would have liked an area to lounge by the pool. Room was fine but fairly bog standard. My partner complained about the bed being too small but it was a standard double.

Catfish property

Room very tired decor. Mould on ceilings, carpet stains, stains on furniture. Did not feel comfortable and couldn’t get out quick enough. Corridors had storage of clean linens etc which was just scruffy to leave it out with signs on.

Location was convenient and the fitness area was quite big.

The parking was large but not many spaces and very far away from reception. The electric car charging was very expensive if you used it. The room was quite dated and could do with a refresh and the breakfast bar need a little early for a Sunday morning.
