Cold water in shower Shower comes out so powerful it hurts

The staff were all friendly, especially all restaurant staff, and worked extremely hard. The hotel had great leisure facilities.

Squashed old misshapen flat pillows. No use at all. Paid upgrade to a room. Dents in every desk a door. The bath was leaking on the floor by the night, not sealed in properly a real slip hazard in the middle of the night. NOT GOOD! ... Only 1/3 - 1/4 of the outside wall had a window. The rest was a wall covered by a curtain. The room was very dark at all times unless the lights were on, not surprised the staff missed all the dents and leaks.

Quiet even though there was a function going on late into the evening. The room was a great size and extremely comfortable.

My family and I experienced exceptional service from every member of staff at De Vere Cranage. I booked two rooms for our stay. We needed an accessible room and a disabled parking space nearby, and they arranged this without fuss. The staff thoughtfully arranged for both rooms to be close together on the ground floor. When we arrived to book in, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming, polite, thoughtful or considerate. I was very impressed with every part of that experience. The rooms were clean and fresh, and very comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast options were very impressive. Highly recommended, and I am wondering when I could stay here again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The only recommendation I have would be to have a USB or some option for charging in the bedrooms, but there were ample sockets to plug in a charger.
