If you have 4 people staying in a room need to keep 4 towels and wash clothes. No one want to share that. Need make sure check coach bed covers more our was dirty.

Hotel was clean. They do not provide any dishes/utensils/pots and pans in the kitchenette. They also do not provide housekeeping without an additional fee, and charge you $30 to take out your trash. Provided 2 towels for 3 guests and seemed annoyed when I asked for extra.

Before I begin I realize we are in a staffing shortage now and it's hard to find committed and competent staff. Training must be an issue as well and language with customers may be part of it as well. But our experience was tough at best. I was informed there would be no breakfast, the pool wasn't available and the desk would not be manned. The room had no dishes but we could BUY the use of them at the time of needed. The kitchenette there were no knobs on the doors to open them. The couch was in terrible shape and there were no accent tables to set anything on (maybe theft was an issue of concern. The furniture was poor quality and rocked so setting things down like a glass (which was also not available) was not an option. The toilet paper availability was another issue and since no one was available at the front desk we were forced to go to Walgreens and buy toilet paper, soap, and shampoo and rinse and plastic silverware. I might suggest leaving some of these supplies at the front desk and someone available to supply these or a sign "be back in 5-10 minutes. The last straw was the final day we were there when we were loading our car and the "key card" would not let us back in the room. The nice young man tried 3 times to try to reload the card and asked us if we were sure this was our room (???). Finally opening the door for us. At this point we propped the room open and I stayed there while my husband loaded the rest of our things. We won't use this chain.

Absolutely nothing.

Worst front office staff imaginable. They could not find my reservation despite I had printed Bookings.com reservation and they refused to call Bookings. com. ,finally I had to call Bookings. com . I spent more than 45 minutes trying to check in to this place.

Room was dirty. I had to clean bathroom and all the surfaces using bleach.

I got mean mugged by the front desk attendant when I came in the building. Harassed multiple times about cleaning the room before my checkout time. Dirty bathroom in the room. Unpainted drywall patches all throughout the room Pool looked permanently closed. And that was the only reason I chose to stay here.

Room was large. Shower was OK. Good hot water. Bed was reasonably comfortable.

Not much to like here. Old and fairly run down motel that smells bad in the elevators and hallways. Room is equipped with a full kitchen, but contained NO kitchen utensils or tableware. That had to be ordered separately and paid for. $50 for kitchen pots and pans. $20 for tableware. And wifi was OK, but slow, but you could upgrade by paying more. Seems like ESA has taken a page from the airlines playbook. Offer the bare minimum and charge for everything else that other motels normally include in the room rate. Somewhat deceptive to say there is a kitchen without saying it is totally bare. Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but they were hardly around. Registration desk staff seem to have many jobs that keep them away from the front desk.

I stayed for 10 days. Staff was pleasant. As expected for such a low price hotel, the furnishings, paint etc was old but it was clean inside my room and it was quite! The bed was comfortable. The smell in the elevator for the entire 10 days though was pretty awful. A mixture of cigarets and body odor and the large stain on the carpet hallway on the second floor was hard to overlook.
