I liked talking with Aisha, ( the hostess) she was very attentive and professional and cute...and the other lady working behind the counter as well.😘

The pool could stand to be open...and more cable movie channels.( They've only got two and both are Showtime.)

The people at the front desk have always been very helpful and professional. Aisha has always been there to help me when I need it and is very friendly. There are some new faces at the front desk and I can’t remember all their names, but they have also been very helpful.

The housekeeping staff were so rude

I was very upset about my stay. Nothing went right

AC did not work. WiFi did not connect. Main overhead light did not work. No wastebasket in room. Host could not offer suggestions for dining in area. Wont stay there again.

Nothing worked and manager didn't seem to care.

The location was good in terms of being close to restaurants.

The place is run down. They advertise full kitchen but there's no benefit since there are no cooking utensils, no dishes, not even a coffee maker, unless you pay extra for those items. By the time we would add the cost of the basic kitchen utensils, we might as well stay somewhere else. The room and the building is run down. I do NOT plan on staying at any Extended America property ever again.

The rooms that are in working condition are good. Not many are in working condition.

No one is ever at the front desk. The dogs in the building are loud and bark all day, making it hard for people who are day sleepers and work nights. The halls smell like dog feces from them deficating in the rooms. All in all it really needs better policies.

Dates rooms, everything was a la carte, not even a trash can. Thin towels, Had to pay for extra or clean towels. Property lawn was covered with dog poop, people letting the dogs pee right at front entrance. Trash bags left by front door… homeless people hanging around after dark. Staff not friendly and willing to help. No discounts for seniors or disabled. Won’t be staying at any other extended stay. Left a bad impression.
