Friendly employees and front desk, easy to book

Took us forever to get checked into our room they double booked us the second day and we had to ask for a new card and they didn’t clean the floors correctly there was still dirt and wrappers on the floor the bath was absolutely disgusting

No hand towels.

This property advertises full kitchens but when you get to your room there is nothing in the kitchen….no cookware, no plates, no glasses…every drawer and cabinet is empty. When you turn on the tv, the hotel channel says if you need kitchenware, it’s free just ask at the front desk. At the front desk they will sell you all that for around $100. Skip this property unless you like the smell of smoke and pot.

Friendly staff. Great room. Very clean. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Will be coming back to stay. This was the third extended stay I’ve tried. It’s the best one by far. It’s quiet and newly remodeled. Full kitchen set up with space to do my work also. Bathroom is really nice.

The horrible smell in the halls. Horrible. Room was dirty. Hair all over. Belonging left in drawers. TV took forever to turn on. Loud neighbors. Toilet never flushes on 1st flush. Staff not up front at desk during hours stated. No breakfast or hair dryer as stayed on booking.com. Bed bugs? Woke up with bites every day. Yuck. Wont go back

The staff was friendly and the facility was nice

The service desk lacked professionalism. Upon arrival I was told there were no rooms available, but could upgrade for a few for an available room. The room was unacceptably dirty and had a foul odor. If I wasn't so exhausted I would have demanded a refund that night.
