Ocean Coral & Turquesa All Inclusive

First time at an all inclusive and it was perfect! We were put on priviliage and the amenities were outstanding. Our butler, Luis was the best! He took care of so many things for us we couldn't have asked for a better butler and will definitely be requesting him next time we go. The food was out of this world good! We did most of the a la carte except for Sensai and the Italian restaurants. The service was just top notch. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Staff stopped to talk to us and it felt like family there. The rooms and common spaces were incredibly clean. The beach was beautiful, a bit of seaweed but that's nature for you. We did see the rakes come our each time we were out to clean it up so they do their best. Cannot wait to go back!

Resort looks nice on the outside. But service is lacking. Can't book a la carte restaurants because you have to use their app which doesn't work. Also if your in a big group, we had 9 people and couldn't get into anything. We wouldn't have minded the buffet but the food options were lacking for dinner. Breakfast and lunch were great. Staff is nice and always trying to help but they always resort to "it's the system and we can't do anything". Would not recommend this chain to anyone. Stay away. Don't say I didn't warn you

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in November 2025. The property is very large and well-maintained overall. While there was nothing particularly wrong, our room felt quite dated compared to other hotels we’ve experienced in the past. The biggest surprise for us was the sea. Although the beach itself was fine, the water was very brown and looked nothing like the pictures presented online. We didn’t swim there at all. The staff explained that the situation is improving daily and should return to the expected “Caribbean colors” by December. We understand this is a natural occurrence and not something the hotel can control, but it was disappointing for our stay. Additionally, the swimming pool was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable. To experience the true Caribbean atmosphere, we ended up visiting Isla Mujeres instead. Overall, the hotel was okay, but the combination of an older room and the unexpected sea conditions made our experience less than ideal.

El beso (not privilege) Overall we had a good stay but with a bit of investment from H10 this place could be excellent. I wanted to give this at least 4/5 but it fell a little short due to lack of choice/quality/availability of foods and shortages of cutlery and cups etc. All staff 5/5 everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Couldnt fault the service. Entertainment guys work hard. Cleanliness 5/5. Everywhere was extremely clean Pool 4/5 pools themselves are great. You will not get a sunbed at the El Beso pool after 7am . It was a bit easier to get a bed at the chill pool (with the pool bar) up until 9am - we always got beds around that time Drinks 5/5 branded spirits available as standard to all guests. Evening entertainment - enjoyable. Pirate show/breakdance show/night time pool party etc Restaurants - we tried 3 of the bookable restaurants. Villa marina 1/5. Got totally ignored by the waiters who had to walk around our table to serve others so we left after around 40 minutes. Italian restaurant - 5/5. Impeccable service, beautiful food. We ate there 4 times during our stay. Blue moon restaurant 5/5. Attentive service, food was really good. Buffet - 1/5. Breakfast is good, choice is good but there was always a wait for foods to be replenished. Hit and miss as to whether or not you would get a cup or the relevant cutlery though. Dinner- very limited choices, pasta dishes in trays frying out on the hotplate as they were standing for so long. same for stir fries. Sometimes there was someone to cook meats fresh but that was hit and miss. Salad section was good. As previously mentioned, getting correct cutlery and water glasses were hit and miss at dinner. We ate ice cream with a fork as there were no spoons to be had 🤣

Ocean Coral and Turquesa Privilege was a wonderful choice for a quiet, relaxing weekend away for three women. From start to finish, the stay felt easy and enjoyable. Arrival & Check-In The shuttle service outside the airport was friendly, quick, and exactly what we needed after a long travel day. Just make sure to read the instructions carefully so you know where to go—there are a few people who may try to redirect you. The van itself was clean and stocked with cold waters and drinks. When we arrived at the resort, our bags were taken care of immediately and we were greeted with welcome drinks while waiting to check in. We met our butler, who gave us a tour of the grounds, and our luggage was brought to the room shortly after, allowing us to settle in and relax right away. Beach The beach is on the smaller side, but there were always plenty of chairs and shaded huts available. Drink service on the Privilege beach was a great perk. Each morning, the staff raked the sand and cleared away seaweed. The water was a bit murky with seaweed near the shoreline, but since we didn’t spend much time swimming, it didn’t impact our experience. Food Overall, the food was good with lots of variety—one of the reasons we chose this resort. Privilege Lounge A standout perk! The lounge offered delicious light treats throughout the day—chocolate-covered strawberries, truffles, little brownies, and morning pastries. There’s also a bar, coffee and tea, plus books and games. We enjoyed several meals here; both lunch and dinner were very good. The salad and coconut shrimp were excellent, and our surf-and-turf dinner was a highlight. El Beso A great spot for a casual breakfast or a relaxed lunch right off the beach. They never rush you here. Highly recommend the chicken crepe! Café del Mar This is the main buffet. In the mornings, they offer a fun mimosa and Bloody Mary station where you can build your own drinks. The variety of food and cooking stations was solid. In the evenings, they had a “make your own drink” setup as well. Sensei The Japanese restaurant was good, with a teppanyaki show and appropriately sized portions. The soup was especially tasty. Villa Marina This Brazilian steakhouse/Caribbean buffet was just okay for us. The salads and desserts were very good, but the meats brought around were hit-or-miss. Thankfully, the buffet had plenty of options so we still enjoyed our meal. Hacienda A very good Mexican restaurant. The guacamole was delicious, and the Tex-Mex fajitas were flavorful and satisfying.

Our Family had a great trip to The Ocean Coral Turquesa Hotel in Porto Morelos. The staff were amazing. The activity team Justin, Melissa and Rosie were very entertaining and a lot of fun. The entertainment was great, the food spectacular and the bartenders were funny and friendly. Overall I would say that the staff make this a special place... One that I will return too! Clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect Vacation

This is day 3 of are holiday and my wife has got food poisoning,at when we arrived the check was very slow the room is fine but by the pools it's impossible to get a sun bed unless you are up at 6am or youpay 😞the boys to keep you 1 which I think is bad as it is supposedly a 4/5 star hotel very disappointed 😞

Have been in this hotel less than 2 hours and can safely say without doubt the staff on the L Beso check is a complete farce a utter waste of space. According to the socalled desk clerk told me that there was no duty manager on shift and tried to pass off a colleague has a manager. (Nice try)! We booked a low floor room and the staff gave us a 3rd floor room. Miles from lift in fact the hotel needs to be downgraded to max 2 stars! The reception team member needs to be moved to maybe a linen porter or kitchen porter ASAP!

Paid for the Privilige perks, got the priviliege of getting severe food poisoning, specifically from their Privilige restaurant. The hotel was extremely unhelpful, more concerned with us leaving their room and resort so that the next person could use it than with the fact that they gave us food poisoning

Rooms spacious and comfortable. Mauricio at mixology bar is very obliging and makes the best espresso martinis. Bernise at guest services is amazing as well. Nothing is too much for her. She’s always smiling and so very helpful. Wonderful stay at this resort
