Shangri-La Chiang Mai

I do love this hotel in Chiang May. The staff, the hotel service, facility are the best thing ever in my life. The most lovable at my 316 room is the garden behind my room, I can walk, sleep under the green tree, so amazing, relaxing and everythings are wonderful. Regards, TANS Indonesia

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Rooms were neat and clean and amenities were adequate. Chaow provided good service too.

I would like to express how satisfied I was with my recent stay at Shangri-La Chiang Mai. The service, hospitality, and overall experience were truly wonderful from check in to check out experience. ( I can’t recall the name of the staff member who checked me in, she was extremely helpful and made a great first impression with her warm and professional service) I truly loved my room, and I would like to especially thank to Khun Songkran from the Housekeeping team for the amazing decoration he prepared for my honeymoon and birthday trip. It made this stay extra special and memorable. Upon my check-out, the lobby was quite crowded, but I was impressed when Khun Preawa came over to personally assist me with the check-out process. Her support and professionalism were truly appreciated👍🏼

We love Shangri La hotels and this is one of the best. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel special. Incredibly happy, friendly and professional staff with big thanks to Min and Mo and Noah to only name a couple. The Horizon club is special with lovely complimentary canapés and cocktails and wine plus beers each evening. Our suite was luxurious and impeccably presented. Thankyou to all the wonderful Shangri La staff and General manager Gabrielle for making our stay so enjoyable.

Our recent 6 nights at the Shangri La in Chiang Mai was simply outstanding.We stayed in the Horizon Club rooms and it was a 10 out of 10 experience. The Hotel offers the biggest swimming pool in Chiang Mai,Health club,cocktail lounge,Spa,tennis court,restaurants and lots more. The staff is very well trained and always very accomodating in every situation.Having spent the last 35 years in hospitality I was completely satisfied. The Hotel is very well mantained and clean. We look forward to coming back.Thankyou

The breakfast and all the meals were absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high-quality food every day. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the incredible staff. Every single member of the team was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay easier, more pleasant, and memorable. A perfect 10/10 experience. We would definitely come back again.
