Great stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for walking to the night markets and exploring the area. The property itself was spotlessly clean, which made it feel very comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff also helped us arrange a day trip during our visit, which was a great experience and very much appreciated. The only thing that stopped it from being exceptional was that the service felt like it was missing a little bit of spark from the staff. Everyone was polite and professional, but it just lacked that extra warmth or energy that can make a stay feel truly memorable. That said, it was still a very good experience and I would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for its cleanliness and convenient location.

I arrived in Chiang Mai with my toddler and no specific plans, making this a completely spontaneous trip. It turned out to be one of the best trips I’ve ever had, largely thanks to the outstanding concierge services led by Ms. Praew and supported by Mr. Ink and others. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, Mr. Ink provided exceptional service with remarkable consideration and attentiveness. He arranged transportation with a properly installed car seat without me even having to ask, a thoughtful detail that made traveling with a toddler much easier. Knowing that a toddler can’t handle a full day of activities, he patiently and carefully planned our days, allowing us to experience so much during our short stay despite losing a full day due to being unable to recover by bank card from the ATM. Their proactive approach was evident in every recommendation and arrangement: from the night market to Elephant Maerim, the Long Neck Karen village, Silk Factory, and cafes like Elefin and Carpe Café. When I lost my bank card, Mr. Ink and Ms. Praew went above and beyond by contacting the bank and ensuring it was returned promptly, much faster than the one to two weeks initially indicated by the bank’s customer service. Their dedication, thoughtfulness, and genuine care turned a spontaneous trip into an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Truly exceptional!

Le house keeping travaille consciencieusement.

L’absence totale d’écoute des personnes du front desk en charge de l’accueil Lors de la réservation et du check in nous avons lourdement insisté pour avoir une chambre à un emplacement tranquille. Le résultat fût d’être réveillés à 2 heures du matin par des Chinois ivres occupant une chambre directement à côté de la nôtre et criant tout le restant de la nuit Les deux jours suivants, des travaux de marteaux piqueurs et de percements ont eu lieu dans les chambres voisines durant l’après-midi sans information préalable ni excuses.

Hotel au charme classique et intemporel. Chambre spacieuse, agréable et parfaitement calme. L'espace piscine est parfait pour les familles mais respecte également la tranquillité des votageurs. Petit déjeuner de haute qualité et très varié. Le personnel est incroyable d'hospitalité et de professionnalisme.

The hotel offers a very comfortable environment and I was highly satisfied with the service. In particular, the staff members Mhee and Pat were exceptionally friendly.

Very friendly staff. Upgraded us to a suite on the Club floor which was amazing. Being vegetarian they were happy to make anything we wished.
