The room was spacious and beautiful.

I wasn't amazed with the reception staff. I had the impression that they HAD to work which made them unhappy. The swimming pool (the lure) was out of order. The WiFi wasn't secure. I wasn't able to connect my state of the art tablet.

There was no prior warning that the pool would not be available and that was one of the main things we were looking forward to doing with our kids

Everything was great. It didn't impact us, but not having a working pool when families are traveling on the weekend is not good for business.

Just the pool not being open. It didn't impact us, but that should have been open if at all possible.
