The poace was clean and front desk was friendly. Breakfast was not great because someone had called out sick and there wasnt much food at 9:00. No cups, no eggs, no bread, slim pickings. And the pool was cold. Expected a heated pool.

"Great hotel and value"

We were very happy with our stay. We were visiting family in Schenectady and this hotel was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed in the king room with sofa bed. A nice perk was there was a shower with sink section and then a sink with toilet section- perfect for 3 adults. Also had microwave and mini-fridge. Plenty of dollys in the lobby for your luggage. King bed was comfortable and the sofa bed as well. Breakfast in the morning was nice- your staple items- eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, cereal, granola and fixings, coffee bar, Chobani yogurt, milk/chocolate milk and juice. Sarita running the breakfast was amazing. She went and got almond milk for someone in our party with a dairy allergy. She worked hard to keep the area clean and items restocked. Gym was nice. There was a pool as well that was open til 11pm but we didn't use it. We will definitely return.
