Sheraton Columbia Downtown Hotel

Great hotel in a great location, central to all things Columbia downtown. Located in a beautiful, historic, bank building, the property is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Service is excellent, everyone is friendly from the valets who go the extra mile to the friendly smiles and greetings from the staff. Good concierge lounge and two great bars, one on the rooftop and one in a vault. Good value and great rates available. I hope to return soon

We have been staying at different hotel on visits with my ISC student. This was by far the best experience and we will be staying here for future trips.

Hotel is surrounded by lots of restaurants. The main lobby has a old bank vault restaurant/bar that was really cool.

Our first time staying on the club floor. If you're traveling with a group, it's worth the extra investment to have access to the club lounge. There's snacks, drinks, games, and enough space for everyone to spread out with comfort. My only gripe is there's no microwave to heat up food. Also the breakfast bar should stay open until 10:00 a.m. since check out is not until 11:00 a.m.

The location is great in terms of walking to restaurants and bars.

The facilities are older, not updated and the beds are kind of stiff.

I absolutely love staying at the Sheraton Columbia Downtown Hotel. Every time I’m in Columbia, this is where I stay because the experience is consistently incredible. The level of customer service here is truly top tier. The valet team is always welcoming and professional, and the rooftop staff are fantastic, but what really makes this hotel special is the front desk team. Louis and Mykeshia (I apologize if I’m spelling her name wrong) are truly exceptional. They always remember me when I come in, greet me like family, and make sure I’m taken care of every single time. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare, and they make such a difference in the overall experience. Because of people like them, this hotel genuinely feels like home when I’m away. The entire staff goes above and beyond, and it’s clear they take pride in making guests feel welcome and valued. I cannot recommend this place enough.
