"Great rooms, restaurants lacking"

Room was large and could not hear noise from other units. Breakfast in the vault was not good. Avocado toast was soggy, avocado was brown and eggs were overcooked. Rooftop lounge was small and stuffy, so didn't bother staying. Starbucks in the basement was fast but out of stock of a lot of stuff.

The Sheraton on Main Street is awesome! Gorgeous, clean rooms, awesome staff, great location. And be sure to say HI to Miya at the front desk (during the day), she is so welcoming and friendly!!!

"Needed Attention to Details"

Beautiful hotel built in 1934. Design was gorgeous. Great location if you visiting the Saturday Soda Market or touring the University of SC. Why I picked 4 stars? Details inside rooms could use attention. The hotel provides toiletries but bodywash pump was broken or empty. We had to call housekeeping to get a new one and it took some time. Also air vent was quite dirty. Windows had mold on them. And a chair was missing parts and was very worn. But the stay was good.

"Great front desk experience"

We had a great time at the Sheraton hotel and it was mainly due to the excellent service by Ms Camille! She gave us happiness, friendly & professional service, while making great recommendations that made our trip even better. Hope she gets a raise. Also Kurt , Nesheba & Mya were just as great. Very pleasant & make sure our party was taken care of. Thank you all.

"Downtown. Columbia"

Overall the stay was nice. I kept having issues with my keys and also the bathroom was not the cleanest . Besides that support staff was nice and professional.

"A View and Pizza!"

This was our 3rd visit to the downtown Columbia location and as always, it was an enjoyable stay! Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms clean and location is great, walkable to shops and restaurants. Parking can be challenging but definitely manageable. The bonus is the hidden gem, Stoners Pizza, directly across the street. They stay open until 3am!!!! Late night pizza with a view of the city...nothing better!!!!!!

"Walking / Relaxing"

It was a great location! After traveling all day, we were able to walk around town without fear of being accosted. We were upgraded to the lounge for evening appetizers and morning breakfast. A number of restaurants within walking distance. Room was small, but comfortable!
