"Lovely stay, right by state capitol building"

My son and I stayed for an event at colonial life Arena. This was a 15 or 20 minute walk and was perfect. A beautiful old hotel that used to be Palmetto Bank I believe. Has a old bank vault in the building which is super cool and the architecture and tile work throughout the building and outside is gorgeous.

"Great Stay!"

Enjoyed this very nice hotel and the staff made it one of the very best! Isaac is one of the best front desk reps that we have had the chance to meet. He gave us top notch attention, was nice, helpful & excellent customer service. Ransleigh was so kind & great as well. We will be back & tell others to choose this hotel!

"First class hotel."

Had a wonderful experience Sheraton Downtown Columbia. It was very clean and I felt very safe. I was traveling alone so safety is a priority. All staff were very friendly and the Valet attendants were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend the Sheraton Downtown to my friends. Keep up the good work!

"Our stay was not based on grading he facility!!"

The location was great for our event. At night was a little rough due to the heaviness of the room doors; we heard every room door on our floor close. Service was great, and all of our questions were answered with pleasure.

"Enjoyable stay"

The hotel is in a nice location and the front desk staff and breakfast server were both very friendly and good at their jobs. My only recommendation for improvement would be to repaint the baseboard trim in room 510. Rooms showed some small wear and tear.
