"Nice Hotel"

Well designed room. Bed very comfortable. Location ideal for dining out.The hotel has a restaurant called The Vault, and that is literally what it is. It would probably be a nice experience, but when we were there, the waitress was not very friendly and we waited for 10 mminutes to get our order taken and there was only 1 other family in there. We ended up at Starbucks which is attached to the hotel. So all in all, it was a plus and I would go there again.

"Classic Hotel"

The hotel is a very classic and old design hotel. The lobby, the elevator and their narrow hallways walking to the rooms. Rooms is small compared to the newly built hotels, but regardless it's still a king size and very comfortable bed. Bathroom is updated and decent size. The GM was super nice and he introduced himself while I was having breakfast with my wife. The GM happened to be from Indonesia but has been in US for 37 years. Oh an added bonus, they have a Starbucks store (underground), but anyone can enter from outside the hotel.

It is a very Beautiful hotel. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Food was very good. The room was clean. I appreciated the music playlist at the rooftop bar.

A unique hotel with lots of history. Beautiful rooftop bar. Excellent service all around. Room was perfect for one. Location was perfect for my event.

Amazing stay!!! So convenient to everything Columbia has to offer. The main thing that made my stay so enjoyable is the front desk staff. Nesheba Adams is an absolute gem of a human being. So incredible gracious and friendly. Remembering room number and names of guest is a lost art. She is such an asset to this hotel.
