Almare, a Luxury Collection Resort, Isla Mujeres Cancun, Adult All-Inclusive

Nice property!

The service was excellent. Mostly the food was very good, but a little uneven. Had a wonderful massage at the spa.

The staff were wonderful, Amaury was the Bartender he put on an amazing Mezcal tasting which was fun and informative. He made my birthday special with a lovely cocktail. The private transfer was well worth it, very quick and easy from the airport to the dock of the hotel. The food was the best I have had at any hotel in Mexico.

My wife and I needed a place to go where we could relax and be together. This adults only resort was just that. We slept well, enjoyed excellent food and service, and enjoyed the beach each day. This was only our second time at a resort like this but I can safely say that it is one of the best out there. People who are looking for a lot of activities may be disappointed in this resort as I found it was very quiet there. There was a volleyball net in the ocean And no one played once during the week. There are activities offered but they rarely run because most people are here just to relax. We did a couple of the activities and they were excellent, and one of them it was just us and the staff member. Hope to go back again soon!

This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort. I want to thank the staff for an exceptional stay at Almare. Jose and Jorge provided a fun boat ride to Isla Mujeres. Edgar checked us in and showed us around and offered a welcome drink. Bryan and Julian at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Being on the beach was of primary interest and I want to especially recognize Karen for her friendliness and taking the time to speak Spanish with me. She made great food and drink recommendations. She and Alejandro made us both feel so cared for. Reyes provided so many memorable activities. He added a kayak trip that was a highlight for my daughter and me. Seeing a sea turtle was special. Istak took us on a sunrise walk that I loved. The mescal, salsa and chocolate experiences were amazing. The chef, Carlos Vega deserves high praise. All the food was beautiful and delicious. Every waiter made us feel welcome and served use well; Renaldo, Barulio and Hector. The drinks were delightful. The tasteful decor and tranquility of Almare I valued. Not a single person was anything but kind and welcoming. Almare Resort staff and leadership should be commended. Every aspect was five star. I recommend this resort for anyone wishing a tranquil beach get away with terrific food.

Staff was amazing, lovely grounds, good food.

I loved this location and will come back in the future. The staff went above and beyond even cooking the fish we caught daily. I only have a couple of recommendations and they are the following. 1. The beach bar closes at 5 which is way too early. All the fruity blender drinks are no longer served once it's closed and that was disheartening. 2. The lobby bar closes at 10:00, and you are left with no other options for night caps.
