It is a good place for relax

It is not a right place as mentioned as a "hospital"

Beautiful view and nice room with a balcony. Pool area was lovely and relaxed. Very clean rooms and good A/C. Food was nice. Massages were good. Definitely worth the experience!

Issues with laundry service - delays and missing times. Beds kept coming apart during the night as it was two singles pushed together.

The resort is very beautiful - very close to the beach and you can walk to it. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. Every room has a balcony. The food is delicious since I had a SPA package, all the meals were free. The food is Indian Ayurveda style vegetarian food - the food is in abundance for breakfast, lunch and dinner with appetizers, salads and desserts and fruits. There many non alcoholic healthy drinks to enjoy - you can order coffee or tea. The staff are really nice and they look after you very well. If you get the Spa package, the doctors will make recommendations on what to each according to your body type. I found this very helpful. The staff work long hours and work hard, a little patience from people staying would be nice. Remember you are travelling 100's in not 1000s of km away, breath and enjoy. Its not western world, why would you want that. I made friends with two Germans and they said the same thing as many people expected more western food.. there is western food available but why goto an Ayurveda spa and eat spaghettis - so try few local dishes as they are not too spicy and very beautifully cooked. Enjoy the place, its a paradise. There is yoga and meditation, swimming poo.. and you can try the other dinning room and pools in the property too.

There was a confusion with booking.com with the registration which affected me to check in quickly. Make sure if you switch cottage type your spa package doesn't get wiped out.. it happened to me hence the confusion. Once it was straightened out it was find. They tried to wiggle out of giving me spa day for my last day and I had to fight for it since I paid for it. So keep all your registrations printed. Booking in India, you'll have to pay partial money before you get there, its not western countries that you pay when you get there. You'll get emails asking you to pay 50% upfront before getting there. Booking com said its up to me and the resort, so make sure you get all the details sorted out before getting there as you can find yourself not having a room when you get there.

A fabulous resort, 10++ services, extraordinary ayurvedic treatments - located in a forest of coconut trees on the ocean shore, gorgeous beach. Congratulations - extraordinary management 👍👍

Breakfast was very good

We were thinking this facilities is an Ayurveda hospital, but it is not. It is a hotel with Ayurveda facilities, if you are not specific, I would say it is an introduction to Ayurveda, definitely not a hospital, they are not serious about healing, it is more like rest and moderate detox.
