We stayed here for week, wanting to be in the capital rather than a resort. The hotel is very well located in the centre of the city. It is a modern hotel, our second floor room was comfortable with a nice shower room and effective air conditioning which we set at the coldest level. Higher level rooms might give better views but I guess are more expensive. We had breakfast in the hotel on two mornings - these were fine. However there are lots of cafe's nearby that provide a cheap and more basic alternative. The hotel is on is on a quiet street so we got a good night's sleep despite being in the heart of the city (New Years Eve excluded of course - but don't miss the fireworks!). All the staff were friendly and the reception staff were especially helpful. Our room was cleaned and tidied to a very high standard each day. We had a problem with a small water leak in the plumbing system of our room on the penultimate day. After checking it, we were offered a different room for the last night, which we took. Overall, we would recommend staying here, but understand that it is not a tourist hotel complete with swimming pool and gymnasium (as far as I know) as that was not what we were looking for.

We had a few issues, a broken air conditioner and a car elevator that made us nearly miss our rental car return and flight. The staff was very nice, although they did not initially offer us anything for the trouble. Assuming things are working for you, it's a great location and the rooms are nice.

We used this hotel as our base, for half of our stay in Tenerife. It is very good value for money, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast is excellent too. Make sure you have a car and you can drive anywhere on the island during the day. We had some trouble finding parking for the car, but after the first day we just looked for parking further away, just start from north on Av. Francisco la Roche and drive south towards the hotel and get the first spot you find.

The hotel located in the center of the tourist activities, everywhere is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, Cahora checked us in with all the help we need to a new place, it made us felt at home. Geat value and we enjoyed ver much.
