"Weekend in Santa Cruz"

"Great Hotel"

My sister and I stayed here recently and really enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were good, the breakfast great, and the staff superb. Fernando at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue with our rental car which he went far above and beyond to help with. He arranged everything with the car company and made sure we were alright. Extremely friendly, personal, professional and efficient. Thanks Fernando. The hotel was good, but your helpful attitude made our stay great! You deserve a raise!!!

"My home away from home in Santa Cruz!"

Great staff, excellent command of English language, extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. Room was spotless, everything looks new and in pristine condition, big bathroom, big tub, VERY CLEAN. TV in the room, air-con also, big beds with firm mattresses. I've had a great, quiet night, absolutely no disturbance of any kind, slept like a baby. Shortly-if I ever come to Santa Cruz de Tenerife again - I will most certainly stay at this hotel! Highly recommended!

"Excellent down town location"

"Good if not carnival season"

Staff was excellent, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms nice. Location is very good IF it is not carnival. Do not come to this hotel during carnival, if you want to sleep. Deafening and dreadful music and continual drum beating that goes on till 6 am. Main stage is nearby. May be okay if you have inside room.

"Brilliant hotel"

Excellent hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights during the carnival. Room was quite considering the music was playing outside till 5 in the morning. Lovely hotel, right in centre of town. All the staff we spoke to were very helpfull and courteous. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again NH Hotels
